All comments are moderated before publication; and the blogs are monitored during library hours only – that means there could be a delay between making your comment and seeing it in the blog post.
When you make a comment, you are asked for your email address; this is part of our moderation process. Your email address will not be published.
There are a few rules to be aware of when you comment – basically it all comes down to keeping your comments polite, appropriate and relevant.
Inappropriate messages include but are not limited to:
- Advertising of products or services
- Publication of content subject to third party copyright
- Photos or videos of people without their prior consent
- The same, or similar message published multiple times (spamming)
- Profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, offensive or defamatory messages or images
- Personal information or contact details
