Libraries to Host Event for Marlborough Book Festival

Marlborough Libraries are excited to host acclaimed authors and editors Kate De Goldi and Susan Paris at events both in the District Library (Blenheim) and Picton Library courtesy of Marlborough Book Festival.

The events, run as part of the Marlborough Book Festival (July 6 - 8), are entitled 'Breaking the Rules', and are intended to present the duos' highly entertaining miscellanies 'Annual' and 'Annual 2'. Expect readings, chatting, baking and more!

Breaking the Rules is aimed at middle-school readers, 9 - 13 years, although the event is open to all members of the public.

Come along to Picton Library on Saturday 7 July from 3 - 4 pm and Marlborough District Library on Sunday 8 July 12:30 pm - 1:30pm

Entry is with a gold coin

There will be books for sale on the day (cash and cheque only)
