Welcome to the Marlborough District Libraries

The Marlborough District Libraries can take you to all kinds of places through books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and talking books. We also offer quality online resources such as peer-reviewed articles on the Epic databases.

We hope you enjoy exploring this website, as well as visiting any of our libraries: The Marlborough District Library (Arthur Street, Blenheim), The Picton Library and Council Service Centre (High Street, Picton), or one of the seven community libraries which we support across the district.

We regard our libraries as focal points for the community. We offer friendly, knowledgeable staff, welcoming, comfortable facilities, Sunday Afternoon opening (Blenheim only) and events and activities for all ages throughout the year.
