Help Shape the Future of Your Library

From Monday 2 November to Friday 18 December 2026, Marlborough District Libraries will be taking part in the nationwide Public Libraries of New Zealand (PLNZ) Community Impact Survey.

This survey invites library users across Aotearoa to share how their local library contributes to their lives and community wellbeing. Your feedback helps build a real picture of the difference libraries make — from supporting learning and literacy to providing connection, creativity, and inspiration.

Completing the short online survey is easy and anonymous. Just follow the link below or scan the QR code in your local library.

The 2026 survey results will form part of a wider PLNZ report presented in early 2027, helping demonstrate the vital role public libraries play in New Zealand communities. By taking a few minutes to share your experience, you’re strengthening the future of library services bith locally and nationally.
