Marlborough District Libraries provide books for study and recreation, computer, WiFi and internet facilities.

We can recommend new authors and help you access eBooks and eAudio.

Ask us for help researching your family history, hobbies or a school project or get advice about your digital device.

  • Digital Drop-in/ Book a Librarian

    Book a one-on-one appointment, from basic troubleshooting on your digital device to updating your CV.

  • Computers/Internet

    We offer free access to computers, the internet and a free Wi-Fi network provided by Aotearoa People’s Network Kaharoa (APNK).

  • Copy/print/scan/fax

    You can print, photocopy, scan and fax at both libraries, fees apply.

  • Housebound Library Service

    A free service for Marlborough residents who are permanently, or temporarily, unable to get to a library.

  • Justice of the Peace

    The Justice of the Peace service is available (at certain times) at both libraries. This is a free service.

  • Research

    We can help you with research and using our databases, tracing your family history, a new reading suggestion or borrowing items from other libraries.

  • Subsidised Broadband via Skinny Jump

  • Takeaway Service
