Libraries at Alert Level 1

From Monday 15 June our normal opening hours, including weekends, will resume at both Marlborough District Library (Blenheim) and Picton Library and Service Centre.

The full range of library services will resume and there will no longer be a limit on the number of people who can enter the library. Seating and communal spaces will be reinstated and newspapers and copies of the latest magazines will once again be available to library visitors to read and enjoy.

Along with borrowing services, free public internet computers, wifi, scanning, printing and photocopying services will be available.

The Justice of the Peace service will begin on 27 June, every Saturday from 10am-12pm at the District Library.

Our regular programming and events at the District Library including Cheeky Monkeys, Baby Rhyme Time, After School Fun and our Stepping Up computer courses for adults will resume the week beginning 20 July.

We will be running school holiday activities in both libraries so be sure to keep an eye on our events page, or sign up to our newsletter to receive the details direct to your inbox.
